Privacy notice

Who we are
Standard Bearers Islamic Organisation, Kwara State Chapter, Ilorin, is responsible for the information you give us on this site.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email (if you give it), gender, age range, status, school or workplace, area of residence, how you heard about us, whether you have attended before and the referral code of the friend who invited you. If you choose to add a photo, we keep that too. On the day we record the time you checked in.
Why we collect it
- To register you and issue your pass.
- To arrange seating (brothers and sisters are seated separately).
- If you add a photo: to show it on your pass, and to our ushers at check-in so they can welcome you. It is never published elsewhere, and you can remove it from your pass page at any time.
- To contact you about this event, including reminders on 14th and 15th November.
- To understand who attends so we can plan future programmes.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form.
Who can see it
Only the SB organising team. If we send your pass by SMS or email, your number or address is passed to our messaging provider for that purpose only. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep registration data for six months after the symposium, then delete it or keep only anonymous totals.
